Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through market and customer analysis.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

• Expand sales across Southeast Asia, Australia, and other regions through effective presentations and negotiations.

• Support OEM customers with accurate forecasts, quotations, and order follow-ups.

• Conduct regular meetings to update pricing, forecasts, delivery status, and payment issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).

• At least 3 years of experience in export sales or related industry.

• Background in Electric Motors, HVAC, or manufacturing is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Strong customer focus, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel internationally.
