Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for assigned product segments to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives in domestic and international markets.

• Lead market research and monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that enhance brand equity and consumer experience.

• Track, analyze, and evaluate brand performance against targets, and recommend actionable solutions for improvement.

• Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and business impact.

• Ensure consistent brand communication and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.

• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.

• Strong management and leadership skills with proven experience in team development.

• Strong understanding of both offline and online media environments.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.

• Supervise and develop sales representatives and distributor teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and drive business strategies.

• Implement trade marketing activities, in-store execution, and promotional campaigns to increase market share.

• Manage distributor relationships, including target setting, performance reviews, and ROI analysis.

• Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth and ensure effective coverage across the territory.

• Track and report sales performance, forecasting, and budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the FMCG sector and General Trade (GT) environment.

• Demonstrated strengths in negotiation, strategic analysis, team leadership, effective presentation, problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel and work across various upcountry locations, including Northern, Northeastern, Central, and Southern Thailand.
