Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute both short- and long-term marketing strategies in line with overall business goals.
• Strengthen and uphold Dermaster’s brand positioning as a leading player in the market.
• Provide leadership and direction across Marketing, Digital, PR, Branding, and Event teams.
• Oversee integrated marketing communications, including promotions and advertising initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and corporate partners.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and present performance updates directly to the Managing Director.
• Drive sales planning support and enhance CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery, or wellness industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication abilities, and leadership capability.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional marketing teams.
• Proficient in Digital Marketing, Ads Management, CRM, and media planning.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools is an advantage.
