A Thai technology company is looking for a CFO to oversee its business

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, contributing to overall business direction and long-term strategy.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

• Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling to support decision-making and investment strategy.

• Oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, audit, and compliance.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in line with local and international accounting standards.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.

• Develop and implement robust internal controls and governance frameworks.

• Drive and manage M&A activities including target evaluation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.

• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations, including communication with current and potential investors.

• Prepare and lead the company’s readiness for IPO, including financial restructuring, process design, and regulatory compliance.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).

• 10–15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years as CFO or senior finance executive in a technology-driven or high-growth company.

• Proven experience in M&A transactions and IPO preparation/execution is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and corporate governance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
