Key Responsibilities

• Organizes and delivers instructor-led product and sales training sessions for internal teams and partners within the assigned region.
• Works closely with the Learning Experience and Instructional Design teams to support the development of new training content aligned with upcoming sales training objectives.
• Reviews and updates existing training materials to ensure they remain relevant, localized, and up to date.
• Oversees the planning and execution of all onsite and virtual training sessions, including coordination with subject matter experts, preparation of materials, and management of logistics.
• Collects and analyzes feedback before and after training sessions to drive continuous improvement and measure training effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in training coordination or delivery, ideally in the tire, automotive aftermarket, or lubricant oil industry.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training methods.
• Familiarity with DIFM automotive, DIY market, or passenger/heavy-duty motor oil is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and other basic Office tools.
