A food manufacturing company is looking for Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will report to Financial Controller and be in charge of the overall accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial statements and reports comply with U.S. GAAP, Thai GAAP, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.

• Lead month-end closing to deliver timely and accurate financial data for consolidation.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management.

• Prepare statutory reports, tax audit reports, and other financial submissions.

• Manage annual tax filings and review monthly direct and indirect tax submissions in line with Thai tax laws.

• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and coordinate external/internal audits.

• Manage BOI compliance and statutory reporting obligations.

• Collaborate with shared service and finance teams to enhance processes and standardization.

• Support ERP (SAP preferred) enhancements and financial process automation initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Thai GAAP, Thai tax regulations, and BOI compliance.

• Hands-on experience with SAP and familiarity with financial automation processes.

• Proven track record in managing audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with regional shared service centers and cross-functional teams.
