Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.

Oversee time attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate training and development programs to upskill factory staff.
-
Monitor and ensure health, safety, and welfare of employees in line with regulations.

Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor and company policies.

Support internal and external audits related to HR.
-
Report directly to Plant Manager or Managing Director.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 10 years in a manufacturing or factory setting.

Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices.

Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Basic command of English (advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
