Key Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture in collaboration with the technical team

• Evaluate and integrate AI components, and design testing and benchmarking workflows

• Build and enhance key features and system modules

• Customize and adapt features to meet specific domain use cases

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies and architectures

• Practical experience with LlamaIndex

• Solid grasp of AI development challenges, including performance, scalability, and integration

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables and manage development cycles

Preferred:

• Familiarity with no-code tools such as Retool

Bonus – Experience With:

• Workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral), local model deployment, embeddings, and vector databases
