A FMCG company is looking for Head of IR. The successful candidate will report to CFO and be in charge of the overall investor relation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and dissemination of company disclosures, financial reports, and IR materials in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SET and SEC).

• Collaborate with senior management to develop messaging that accurately conveys the company’s financial performance, growth outlook, and value creation plans.

• Lead Investor Relations activities and develop an effective IR strategy to engage shareholders, analysts, fund managers, and regulators through various communication channels.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, industry performance, and competitor activities, and present relevant findings to management and the Board.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics, and valuation concepts

• Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related roles within listed companies

• Knowledge of SET and SEC disclosure requirements and corporate governance principles
