Importance and aim of the job

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise in onshore industries, particularly in engineering, energy, or manufacturing. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and providing technical solutions that meet customer requirements. The position requires both relationship-building skills and the ability to translate technical knowledge into value-driven solutions.

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks

• Develop and manage relationships with onshore clients in Rayong and Chonburi.
• Provide technical consultation and solutions to support customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned area.
• Utilize CRM/Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Conduct site visits and technical demonstrations as required.
• Communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications and Specifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales in onshore industries (oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, or related fields).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Technical Skills: Strong engineering knowledge with the ability to propose solutions and manage technical discussions.
• Commercial Skills: Proven ability to manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM/Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Language: Good command of English and Thai (both spoken and written).
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rayong or Chonburi.
• Other: Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
