A manufacturing company is looking for finance and accounting manager. The successful candidate will report to regional financial controller and be in charge of the overall accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Thai regulations and group policies while strengthening governance and controls.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing, including P&L, cash flow, and working capital.

• Oversee general accounting, AR/AP, billing, inventory, tax, project accounting, and revenue recognition.

• Manage annual budget and rolling forecasts to support effective financial planning.

• Monitor performance vs. budget/forecast, analyze variances, and recommend actions.

• Safeguard financial discipline in cash management, payments, invoicing, and collections.

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insights that drive business growth.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal partners; review payroll and tax prepared by HR.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to improve efficiency and capability.

• Drive cultural transformation and manage ad hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or a related field; CPA and CPD is a plus.

• Proven finance leadership experience, ideally in MNCs.

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting, tax, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in project accounting and financial oversight.

• Audit background or exposure to internal/external audits preferred.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel), self-motivated, and eager to learn.
