• The Assistant Production Manager supports daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and on-time delivery. This role works closely with supervisors to resolve issues, optimize processes, and maintain production targets.

• Support the Production Manager in organizing and supervising daily production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist in coordinating workflow to meet production specifications and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and provide real-time solutions to issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with supervisors to promote effective team performance and resolve personnel-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring rejected products, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive actions.
• Help minimize downtime and rework, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in coaching and guiding production supervisors in their day-to-day management tasks.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production output meets customer quality and quantity expectations.
• Help track performance and prepare reports related to productivity, quality control, and resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and assist with budget tracking and resource planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in production, preferably in footwear, apparel, stitching, or manufacturing sectors.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and manpower allocation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in English; Thai language is required.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with MRP systems is an advantage.

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks
• Partner with business teams to develop and execute procurement plans aligned with business strategies and priorities.
