Job Description:
- 
Handle all document-based sales activities, including preparing, opening, and closing quotations.
 - 
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-office visits regarding product details, promotions, and general sales questions.
 - 
Maintain and update CRM records, capturing client data, sources of inquiry, and company profile information while interacting with clients.
 - 
Collect basic information about client industries and business types during phone calls to help identify target customer segments.
 - 
Coordinate with GM, Sales Manager, and external sales.
 - 
Assist in reporting on client inquiries, sales activities, and trends.
 
Qualifications:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
 - 
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
 - 
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for handling sales documentation
 - 
Customer-focused with the ability to answer client questions professionally
 - 
Proactive, able to work independently, and support the sales team effectively
 - 
Familiarity with industrial equipment is a plus
