Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and strengthen the brand’s competitive position in the retail market.
• Define and oversee brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including in-store, digital, social media, out-of-home, and public relations.
• Manage performance marketing activities such as paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, retargeting, email, and influencer partnerships.
• Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and conversion through data-driven initiatives.
• Leverage customer insights from CRM, loyalty programs, and behavioral analytics to design personalized marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance with defined KPIs and deliver actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a marketing team of 40–50 employees, including 4 direct reports across brand, content, digital, creative, and PR functions.
• Report directly to the Director, providing strategic updates and ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business direction.
• Establish clear KPIs, manage team performance, and support staff development plans.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures align with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Strategy, Business Development, or related areas.
• Has expertise in: Customer behavior, customer segmentation, and CRM Trade marketing, including promotions and traffic-driving initiatives Branding and product marketing Marketing communications across online and offline channels E-commerce and digital platforms
• Solid background in digital marketing and online strategy planning is an advantage.
• Proven leadership experience with large teams, including direct and indirect reports.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for excellence in marketing. • Experience in the construction materials or related retail industry is a plus.
