Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Support & Standardization

- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all retail branches.

- Support store operations teams by providing tools, guidelines, and training for consistent execution.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve performance.

- Operation Center Management

- Serve as the central hub for coordinating daily operational activities between head office and branches.

- Monitor branch performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems.

- Provide timely operational updates, incident reports, and recommendations to senior management.

- Process Improvement & Efficiency

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Lead initiatives to improve service quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with IT, supply chain, merchandising, and customer service teams to optimize workflows.

- Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure operational compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

- Monitor store audits and follow up on corrective actions.

- Mitigate risks by implementing preventive measures and crisis response protocols.

- Leadership & Team Development

- Lead and develop the Operation Support / Operation Center team to deliver high-quality support services.

- Build strong partnerships with store managers and cross-functional teams.

- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

- Minimum 12 years of experience in retail or large-scale operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or multi-branch retail support.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in both Thai and English; advanced skills in MS Office and operational reporting tools
