Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role will be responsible for driving the overall financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, and supporting the company’s sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building robust financial structures in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, capital structure, and long-term business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, tax planning, and risk management practices.

• Partner with operations, commercial, and other functions to drive financial performance and business efficiency.

• Develop and implement internal controls, financial systems, and processes to support scalable growth.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, financial institutions, and investors.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring capability building and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

• At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong background in corporate finance and accounting.

• Prior experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader in a consumer-focused business; retail experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, capital management, and corporate governance.

• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English and Thai preferred.
