Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall brand strategy and product marketing for the business.

• Manage B2C marketing activities across both online and offline channels.

• Lead online marketing efforts including website management and digital initiatives.

• Oversee offline marketing activities, including retail store marketing.

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing plans with business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team.

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Food retail

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Experience with both online and offline B2C marketing.

• Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

• Proactive, creative, and hands-on.
