Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall brand strategy and product marketing for the business.

Manage B2C marketing activities across both online and offline channels.

Lead online marketing efforts including website management and digital initiatives.

Oversee offline marketing activities, including retail store marketing.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing plans with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team.

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Food retail

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience with both online and offline B2C marketing.

Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.
-
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
-
Proactive, creative, and hands-on.
