Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.

• Oversee time attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

• Coordinate training and development programs to upskill factory staff.

• Monitor and ensure health, safety, and welfare of employees in line with regulations.

• Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor and company policies.

• Support internal and external audits related to HR.

• Report directly to Plant Manager or Managing Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 10 years in a manufacturing or factory setting.

• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic command of English (advantage).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
