The role ensures efficient and safe production operations by overseeing methods, maintenance, and quality. It is accountable for achieving QCD objectives, maintaining equipment in good condition, and ensuring compliance with standards. The aim is to drive continuous improvement, optimize resources, and lead the team to deliver sustainable operational excellence.
Key Job Functions and Success-Relevant Tasks

Be responsible for all production (APUs including methods, maintenance, and quality)

Ensure compliance with all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, product requirements) during operations

Ensure the production schedule planned by Supply Chain & Logistics is respected

Secure achievement of QCD objectives and remain accountable for QCD results

Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
-
Oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good condition

Drive continuous improvement with the support of regional SC&L/operational excellence teams

Conduct regular on-the-job training (OJT) on QRQC, Kosu, etc.

Promote operational excellence principles and best practices in daily plant activities
Qualifications and Specifications

Minimum of 15 years of operations management experience

Background in an automotive manufacturing environment

Strong business acumen with high adaptability and root cause analysis skills

Proven leadership ability with accountability focus

Ability to mentor, motivate, influence, and persuade team members

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Solid experience in plastic injection molding
-
Knowledge of K2 injection is an advantage

Fluency in English
