Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead industrial project execution, ensuring compliance with IProM and CLEAN principles.

• Manage timelines, resources, and pre-SOP trials to ensure a smooth production ramp-up.

• Develop efficient, cost-effective processes while ensuring safety, quality, and proper documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support simultaneous engineering and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality tools such as P-FMEA, Control Plan, SPPC, and PPAP.

• Support customer satisfaction through quality assurance and on-time industrial readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Strong PCBA process knowledge is a MUST.

• 2+ years in process development or production, ideally in automotive.

• 5+ years in engineering roles (mechanical, electrical); PLC programming is a plus.

• Experience with NPI or new model projects is a strong advantage.

• Familiar with PPAP and related quality standards.

• Strong teamwork, presentation, and English communication skills.
