Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support new product development with Head Office and Marketing Manager, including market feedback and materials.

Lead product training for sales teams to strengthen product knowledge.

Provide technical and market expertise in commercial tire business negotiations.
-
Contribute to sales and profit planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Coordinate ASEAN product launches and manage marketing budgets.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
-
8–10 years’ marketing experience in the tire industry, preferably in global organizations.

Strong English skills (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
-
Results-driven, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
