Job Description

A leading luxury fashion brand is seeking a highly driven and inspiring Sales Manager to lead a concept store in one of Bangkok’s premium shopping districts. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong retail management background and a passion for delivering excellence in customer experience and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage overall store operations including budgeting, expenses, staffing, stock management, and compliance.
  • Supervise and coach a team (Front of House and Back of House), ensuring smooth daily operations aligned with the brand’s long-term strategy.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and act as a brand ambassador in the market.
  • Execute business action plans by category and client tier to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate and drive KPIs, ensuring performance standards are met through regular briefings and coaching.
  • Oversee stock planning and inventory control, ensuring product availability and accuracy.
  • Lead client engagement and CRM initiatives to build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Ensure execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, store presentation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments (Retail, HR, L&D, VM) to implement company strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews while fostering staff development.
  • Ensure effective scheduling, training, and development plans for store employees.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion or service-oriented industries.
  • Proven experience leading store teams and delivering strong business results.
  • Strong commercial awareness, operational understanding, and people management skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Passion for fashion, service excellence, and team development.
