Job Description
- Drive Net Sales, Profit, Spending Efficiency, and Cash Flow for assigned customer.
 - Managing trade spend and the overall profitability of responsible account.
 - Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients.
 - Analyze sales data and category trends to identify growth opportunities and craft winning strategies.
 - Conduct regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly) to align on performance, address gaps, and capture new opportunities.
 - Ensure timely reporting, forecasting accuracy, and budget control.
 - Support negotiations of annual trading terms in alignment with company strategy.
 - Partnering with Group Key Account Manager & Head of Modern trade to plan and negotiate annual trading terms, effectively balancing customer and company interests to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
 - Partnering with Group Key Account Manager & Trade Marketing to lead category project with
 
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
 - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management within the Modern Trade (Hypermarket) channel in FMCG.
 - Experience with FMCG product categories is a strong plus.
 - Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking with hands-on executional capability.
 - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
 - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other data/reporting tools.
 - Fluent in Thai, with good command of English.
