Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to collect and analyze software requirements.

Create technical documentation, including design and functional specifications.

Develop new features and customized reports based on business demands.

Provide system support by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and delivering effective solutions.

Oversee small-scale initiatives or enhancements, including vendor and third-party coordination.

Act as the primary contact for assigned systems, ensuring smooth operation and accountability.

Troubleshoot system incidents and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.

Foster collaboration with internal departments and external service providers to resolve technical challenges.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience in software development, application support, or system analysis.

Proficiency in database technologies, especially SQL, Oracle, and stored procedures.

Experience with scripting tools such as Shell scripts, Unix/Linux commands, or Windows batch files.

Familiarity with systems related to inventory replenishment, sales forecasting, or warehouse management is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills in English.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage user expectations effectively.
