Develop and implement annual brand strategies and plans.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Lead brand campaigns and ensure alignment with brand positioning.

Manage product portfolio, including innovation and renovation projects.
 - 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance).
 - 
Partner with creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign execution.
 - 
Oversee brand budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
 - 
Monitor brand P&L and deliver business performance targets.
 - 
Lead, coach, and develop brand team members.
 - 
Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives and key business meetings.
 
Qualifications
- 
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 
Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, communication development, and activation within FMCG or multinational companies.
 - 
Proven track record in successfully managing brands, launching products, and achieving business results.
 - 
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
 - 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 - 
Experience in budget management and brand P&L responsibility.
