Key Responsibilities
- 
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for assigned product segments to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives in domestic and international markets.

Lead market research and monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
 - 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that enhance brand equity and consumer experience.

Track, analyze, and evaluate brand performance against targets, and recommend actionable solutions for improvement.
 - 
Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and business impact.
 - 
Ensure consistent brand communication and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
 - 
Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
 
Qualifications
- 
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 - 
At least 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
 - 
Strong management and leadership skills with proven experience in team development.
 - 
Strong understanding of both offline and online media environments.
 - 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
