International Marketing Manager (China Speaking)

Position Summary:

The International Marketing Manager, with a focus on the China market, is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and 360-degree campaigns to strengthen brand equity and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing in the Chinese market. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and will be responsible for leading and mentoring the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and positioning. Design and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive awareness and sales. Collaborate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies for campaign development and execution. Ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets and the distribution strategy.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Translate insights into actionable strategies and product opportunities, and lead product lifecycle strategies from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Digital & E-commerce Marketing: Develop digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing. Coordinate with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tmall, and JD.com on digital promotions and content.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage and mentor the marketing team to build capability and performance. Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, and external partners to ensure business alignment.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets is required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or consumer goods industry. Proven track record in brand building, product launches, and campaign management. Experience in digital and e-commerce marketing is a strong plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional regional language skills are a plus, especially for the China markets.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
