Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field sales operations in the assigned region (North or Northeast) to achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets.

  • Supervise and develop sales representatives and distributor teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and drive business strategies.

  • Implement trade marketing activities, in-store execution, and promotional campaigns to increase market share.

  • Manage distributor relationships, including target setting, performance reviews, and ROI analysis.

  • Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth and ensure effective coverage across the territory.

  • Track and report sales performance, forecasting, and budget management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the FMCG sector and General Trade (GT) environment.

  • Demonstrated strengths in negotiation, strategic analysis, team leadership, effective presentation, problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and work across various upcountry locations, including Northern, Northeastern, Central, and Southern Thailand.
