Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Develop End-of-Line Test (EOLT) specifications for new hardware and software equipment.

  • Design and implement advanced test programs (LabVIEW / Visual Basic) to evaluate product functionality and integrity in both electrical and programming aspects.

  • Review and analyze test cases and failures, recommending solutions based on results.

  • Collaborate with R&D teams to verify test coverage and methodology during Design for Test (DFT) reviews.

  • Lead the development of functional testers with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

  • Validate and troubleshoot test systems for stability, coverage, and performance.

  • Support the transition from product development to series production, ensuring equipment qualification.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in testing electronic products.

  • Proficiency in LabVIEW (highly preferred) or Visual Basic.

  • Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and vision systems is an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
