Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Manage field sales operations in the assigned region (North or Northeast) to achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets.
 - 
Supervise and develop sales representatives and distributor teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
 - 
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and drive business strategies.
 - 
Implement trade marketing activities, in-store execution, and promotional campaigns to increase market share.
 - 
Manage distributor relationships, including target setting, performance reviews, and ROI analysis.
 - 
Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth and ensure effective coverage across the territory.
 - 
Track and report sales performance, forecasting, and budget management.
 
Qualifications:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
 - 
At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the FMCG sector and General Trade (GT) environment.
 - 
Demonstrated strengths in negotiation, strategic analysis, team leadership, effective presentation, problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
 - 
Willingness and flexibility to travel and work across various upcountry locations, including Northern, Northeastern, Central, and Southern Thailand.
