Key Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business opportunities through innovative product development and strategic partnerships.

• Design and implement sales strategies, distribution channels, and customer acquisition plans.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to strengthen long-term business growth.

• Oversee sales budgets, ensuring achievement of financial goals and performance targets.

• Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and optimize profitability.

• Propose and develop new products and services aligned with evolving market demands.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (including Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure successful project execution and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Insurance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategy, Business Development, or related functions within the insurance or reinsurance industry.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, innovation-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.

• Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated professional.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
